Virginia DPOR Licensed Home Inspector serving: Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William counties & District of Columbia. Veteran owned and operated with over 10 years inspection experience. ASHI Certified Inspector, AHIT Certified Inspector, ESA and IAC2 Certified Mold Inspector, & NRSB Radon Measurement Specialist.
I provide honest and unbiased inspections, reporting the true condition of the home to all clients. Every inspection is performed with a degree of care, effort, and thoroughness as if I were purchasing the home myself. I value my relationship with every client and strive to provide the best service possible by being reliable, ethical, skilled, knowledgeable, and helpful.
First and foremost, I work for the buyer, not the agent. Although I do understand the very important role of real estate agents in the home buying process, I also understand that some agents make sealing the deal a priority over the client. The priority for Protect Inspect is to report the true visible condition of the home to the buyer, educate the buyer and work for their best interests throughout the process. All inspections with Protect Inspect are performed by an ASHI Certified home inspector and certified mold inspector - Timothy Zenobia. With Protect Inspect, every client will receive the same level of professionalism and expertise when it is needed the most.
An Ashi Certified Home Inspector (ACI) is the top designation for an inspector by the American Society of Home Inspectors. ACIs have met additional inspection and experience requirements verses regular and associate inspectors.

A Radon Measurement Specialist (RMS) is the top measurement designation with NRSB and requires knowledge of radiation physics, radon safety/health risks, the different devices and techniques for measuring radon, and the capability of designing and implementing a quality assurance program.
